Registration conditions:
You are enrolled as soon as payment is received.
All registrations are final and cannot be cancelled. 
 

Injury or illness :
On request to padelmatchevent@gmail.com and on presentation of a medical certificate, a 100% credit note will be valid on our site for a period of one year. 14 days or less before the course or event and on presentation of a medical certificate, a 50% credit note will be valid on our site for one year.
72 hours before the date of the event, no refund will be possible.

Anything not included in the price of the course (transport, accommodation, etc.) is non-refundable and remains the responsibility of the customer. 
 

In the event of injury during a course, a refund in the form of a credit note will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the hours not worked (credit note valid for 1 year).
 

Cancellations "Team Buildings" & "Sur Mesure" events:
A 50% deposit will be requested when booking the event.
Full payment must be made no later than 14 days before the date of the event.
In the event of cancellation, no refund will be possible. 
 

Are transport and accommodation included?
No. They are at the customer's expense.
 

How can I pay? :
On the website only. By credit card, bank transfer or gift card. Payment implies acceptance of all PADEL MATCH conditions.
 

Am I insured? :
PADEL MATCH cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any accident or injury during a course or event. 
 

Our privacy policy :
At the beginning of each event or training course, you will fill in a registration form telling us if you authorise us to take photographs of you during the PADEL MATCH event. If you give us your consent, we will only use the photographs for our communication, social networks and website.
Under no circumstances will your contacts be shared with other participants (except during Networking Events, with your agreement). 
 

What equipment is required?
For the event or the course, remember to bring your personal belongings, your racket, sports shoes, towel, shower gel, a change of clothes, a bottle of water, etc.
 

When I register, will I receive a route map? :
Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a roadmap with all the details of the course by e-mail. This will confirm your registration.
